We are a Middle Tennessee sober living home—also referred to as a transitional living home or halfway house. We are a place of safety and structure for someone who is on his path to recovery. The purpose of our sober living home is to help men find their way back to healthy living: to build structure and learn to live again—free of drugs and alcohol. Recovery is difficult, and men need a team at their back. We are experienced and ready to come alongside men as they journey towards a new beginning. Here are our services: —Safe & Structured Living—Accountability and structure are key to feeling safe, building life skills, and growing self-esteem in a transitional living setting —Supportive Community—We promote a family-oriented setting where newer clients are encouraged towards recovery and guided by guys who are more advanced in the process —Random Weekly Drug Testing—Zero tolerance of any use of mind-altering substances —Required 12-Step Meeting Participation—A minimum of 5 outside 12-step meetings per week —Onsite Staff—A House Manager lives onsite with our sober living family —Group Experiences—Hiking, camping trips, football games, and other outings to build closer bonds and experience fun, substance-free events —Semi-Private Rooms—Multiple room options available —Daily Living Skills—Weekly life skills class includes work issues like interviewing and proper work relations, and personal skills like budgeting —Medication Management—We are MAT (Medication Assisted Therapy) friendly, and we provide direct oversight of certain medications, stored securely for safe keeping —Money Management—Guidance available for a weekly/monthly budgeting and saving plans Employment Assistance Helping connect residents with safe, drug-free work environments —Educational Assistance—Guidance offered towards GED's, community college, or trade training opportunities here in Murfreesboro —Community Involvement—Helping others through volunteering is a key to self-esteem and finding life's purpose. Murfreesboro and the surrounding area has several options to give our guys these opportunities —Transportation—Our halfway house is situated for easy access to Murfreesboro city transportation: the bus stops directly in front of our sober living home --One-On-One Mentoring—Individual guidance from guys who've been there and have come back from addiction and drug abuse situations
