The Holly House Located in the Summit Hill neighborhood, the Holly House offers historic St. Paul living at it's finest. This 7 bedroom, 4500sqft house can hold up to 14 residents. The 1st floor is graced with a beautiful dining room and two comfortable living rooms. The open front porch lends itself for serene meditation. There is an enclosed smoking porch located in the back of the house, and a fitness center located in the lower level! Lodger fee: $900
