About
Two houses located on Allen Lake in Sammamish, Washington 30 minutes east of Seattle. We have a live in house manager and room for 12 clients. Four kitchens, three laundry facilities and plenty of parking. Choose from three types of bedrooms and price points to suit your needs and budget. All rooms include use of spacious common areas, utilities, laundry, kitchens, and outdoor area. Rooms range from $1250-$2000.
